Cashier - Lucky's

Supports guests by taking orders, getting/cooking food promotes the image of Golden Casino Group as providing "The Best Customer Service in Black Hawk", through cordial, considerate and attentive service to Casino guests. Responds to special customer requests. Attends to customers by insuring that food is hot, fresh and correct.

 

Casino Host Intern

The primary objective of a Casino Host Intern is to identify, assist and increase the number of rated players at all of our properties. Casino Host Intern acts as liaisons between customers, Hosts, Players Club and the Director of Player Development. A Casino Host Intern helps build our customer base as opportunities present themselves. High school or equivalent GED required. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and computer skills are required. Must be able to obtain and hold a Colorado Gaming License. Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment. Ability to adjust to and manage change effectively. Must be flexible to work different shifts, especially weekends and peak volume times.

 

Cocktail Server

Supports bars by serving guests drinks, and responds to special customer requests. Promotes the image of Golden Casino Group by providing the best customer service in Black Hawk," through cordial, considerate and attentive service to Casino guests. Attends to customers by insuring that beverages are served in a timely manner. Interacts with customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Works effectively with the team of employees serving the customer. Promptly responds to customer and supervisor requests. Completes special projects as requested. Completes all side work duties in a timely manner.

 

Poker Supervisor

The Poker Supervisor is responsible for handling player disputes, Dealer rotation, starting and breaking games and maintaining a clean and professional Poker Room. Must have general knowledge of Poker games including Stud, Hold'em and Omaha. Must perform all duties in accordance with Golden Gates Poker Parlor policies and procedures, as well as Colorado Gaming Regulations and statutes. Must be able to run Poker Tournaments and the ability to make decisions with customers and staff.

 

Restaurant Hostess/Busser

Supports servers by seating guests at tables, and responds to special guest requests. Promotes the image of Golden Casino Group as providing "The Best Customer Service in Black Hawk," through cordial, considerate and attentive service to Casino guests. Must be friendly and courteous and work effectively with Team Members serving the customer. Will be responsible for responding promptly to customer/server requests, clear dirty dishes from tables, reset tables for new guests, vacuum the dining room floors, and any other requests made by servers or supervisors.

 

Security

Primary responsibility of the security department is to protect people and property from injury, loss, or damage. To patrol the casino on foot to prevent loss, enhance safety and provide a source of information for guests. Respond to and controll emergency situations in order to minimize risk to casino team members and guests, as well as property. Investigates incidents and writes accurate and complete reports in order to provide an accurate record of events concerning casino operation. Provide emrgency first aid and/or CPR whenever needed. Escorts the transfer of assets throughout the casino. Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, local, state and federal statutes. Must have a high school diploma or GED, Colorado gaming license, and minimal computer skills.

 

Surveillance Operator

Must have basic computer skills, be able to work in a confined space for extended periods of time. Must be able to work well with others and unsupervised, ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize when needed and follow direction. Will need to be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have good people skills. Must be able to conduct investigations discreetly-both internal and assisting other agencies-without bias. Knowledge of ICMP's and Gaming Regulations.

 

Table Games Dealer

Deals Table Games to players according to the rules of the game. Determines that bets are properly placed and within table limits, makes proper payoffs to winners and collects from loosers.

 

Table Games Pit Supervisor

Directly supervises assigned dealers in Black Jack department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Colorado Department of Gaming rules and regulations. Follows organizations policies and procedures. Monitors all table games. Enforces the gaming policies and procedures of the company. Responsible for the casino assets. Monitors, directs and supervises dealers and observes table action. Sets up dealer rotation and assists in scheduling. Changes cards and maintains proper table banks through fills and credits. Oversees closing procedures, arbitrates customer disputes arising from table play.

 

Valet Attendant

Greeting customers, parking cars, booting cars, maintain cleanliness of garage, snow removal. Current Colorado drivers license in good standing, must be able to operate both automatic and stick shifts, must be reliable and available to work all shifts. Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills.
